We are seeking an experienced benefits professional to join our team to serve as the primary interface with employees, benefit plans providers and TPA. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have the ability to handle multiple projects and initiative to work independently, as well as with team; experience in benefit plans administration and regulation regarding such plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

* Coordinates the administration of employee benefits plans such as medical, dental, group life, short-term disability, long term disability plans and other benefits.

* Consults and advises employees on eligibility and matters related to benefits.

* Maintains benefits records, documents, and billing reports in HRIS system and communicates appropriate information with plans administrators and TPA.

* Coordinates annual open enrollments including communications, site preparation, vendor participation, etc.

* Serves as primary contact for day-to-day benefit administration.

* Works with benefit vendors on eligibility issues.

* Processes billing invoices for various benefit products.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience directly related to benefits and benefits administration

HRIS general experience

Proficient in MS WORD and EXCEL
